With its refreshing top notes of apricot, this cheeze is the perfect combination of savoury & sweet. Soft, crumbly and tangy with a slight kick thanks to the red chili. The perfect pairing with briny olives on a cheese board or crumbled on a salad.

This cheeze pairs well with Castelvetrano Olives, Love Me Some’s Sunflower Seed, Sesame & Sea Salt Crackers, Organic Dried Apricots and nuts of various kinds.

Packaging

Each piece of cheeze is cut to ~ 200g, then wrapped with eco-friendly, uncoated, grease-resistant parchment paper, and then a layer of kraft paper. Both of these are unbleached, and fully municipal-compostable

Storage

We recommend opening the package slightly and placing the cheeze in an air-tight container or bag such as a Stasher Reusable Sandwich Bag and then in a refrigerator drawer.
