Greek-inspired, this fresh-style cheeze has a firm and crumbly texture with a mild tang and a melt-in-your-mouth buttery finish. It is a versatile substitute for dairy-based soft cheeses.

Along with Pitted Kalamata Olives, this cheeze is a star ingredient crumbled in Greek salad. It pairs well with Vioni’s Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Roasted Red Peppers and nuts of various kinds. It can also easily be savored with Organic Mini Watermelon or figs.

Packaging

Each piece of cheeze is cut to ~ 200g, then wrapped with eco-friendly, uncoated, grease-resistant parchment paper, and then a layer of kraft paper. Both of these are unbleached, and fully municipal-compostable.

Storage

We recommend opening the package slightly and placing the cheeze in an air-tight container or bag such as a Stasher Reusable Sandwich Bag and then in a refrigerator drawer.
