Authentically smoked using real apple wood, this cheeze offers up a delicious plume of smoke with sharp notes and a subtle sweet finish. It has a firm, crumbly texture that melts in your mouth. Grate it and sprinkle over your homemade pizza for big wood fire flavour at home.

It pairs well with Organic Ambrosia Apples, Love Me Some’s Sunflower Seed, Sesame & Sea Salt Crackers and nuts of various kinds.

Packaging

Each piece of cheeze is cut to approximately 200g, then wrapped with eco-friendly, uncoated, grease-resistant parchment paper, and then a layer of kraft paper. Both of these are unbleached, and fully home-compostable.

Storage

We recommend opening the package slightly, and protecting them in a sealed container / drawer or bag in the fridge.
