*You’re going to need a good non-stick pan*
- Place 2-3 tbsp of oil (canola or grapeseed is best) in a non-stick pan, then place frozen dumplings and fill with water 3/4 of the way up the dumpling. Turn heat on high *you can cover them to speed up the process but take the cover off when it starts boiling).
- Allow water to completely evaporate (this will cook the filling). When you hear sizzling, check the bottoms of the dumplings – nice and brown? Then you’re good to go!
The Dumpling King recommends you enjoy these with Chinese black vinegar and grated ginger.
