Have you tried spaghetti squash before? After baking or steaming it, you can use a fork to easily separate the flesh into noodles!

Stuff and use them like a bowl. Treat it as pasta and enjoy with garlic, herbs, mushrooms, and butter. Scoop out and bake them into a casserole with cheese, marinara, and crumbled sausage (plant-based or meat). There are so many fun directions to go in. Each squash is large and averages 3 – 4 pounds.

For the past 25 years, the Sturdy family has been growing beautiful produce at North Arm Farm in the Pemberton valley.
