Description

Fresh frozen Shanghai noodles made locally in Vancouver.

Prep:
1. Loosen noodles and put in a large pot of boiling water, stir immediately;
2. Bring the water back to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle boil and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes ( depending on your preferences of tenderness), stirring occasionally;
3. Strain, then rinse noodles in cold water. Serve noodles in prepared broth and garnishes
