A healthy spin on classic dumplings without sacrificing flavour. House of Yee’s Ruby Vegan Dumplings are stuffed with spicy kimchi and chickpeas and encased in a gluten free red beet wrap.

Cooking Instructions:

*Do Not Boil*
Pan Fry
1. Heat Non-Stick Pan at Medium/High
2. Add 1 tbsp Oil 
3. Add frozen dumplings
4. Brown Bottom of Dumplings
5. Add 1/3 cup cold water
6. Cover for 4-6 minutes
7. Turn dumplings, fry to desired crispiness and serve

 

About House of Yee:

House of Yee was founded by Christine Yee here in Vancouver. Her love for food started at a young age while working in the family restaurant in Regina, Saskatchewan – House Of Yee Chinese Foods. After moving to the West Coast she was inspired to start her own healthy Asian-inspired food line. Her many memories of sharing delicious dumplings with her family sparked the idea to create a frozen dumpling that’s made with quality ingredients, has no MSG and entirely gluten free.

Filling: Chickpeas, cabbage, Korean kimchi paste (water, korean chili flakes, garlic, onion, ginger), tamari Wrapper: rice flour, tapioca flour, glutinous rice flour, xantham gum, red beet powder.
