- Soak the beans overnight or during the day for approximately 6 hours.
- Add water a 3-4 inches above the beans, and then add in salt, garlic, and any other spices as desired.
- Boil for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- You’ll get about 3 times more volume than the dried beans you started with.
