Man oh man this is a nice pickle. Had it on the table as a condiment with some roasted beets and turnips. I was delighted with the crisp cauliflower and carrot, nice curry spice and vinegar bite. If you like pickles like I do (dill pickle, lime pickle, you name it) you should definitely give this one a try.
