This traditional whey-brined cheese is handcrafted with milk from Morningstar Farms very own grass-fed cows. Feta is no doubt the most famous of ade This feta cheese, made from pasteurized cow’s milk, is known for its salty and tangy flavour profile. Along with Kalamata Olives, feta is a star ingredient crumbled in Greek salad. It also pairs well with olive oil, roasted red peppers and nuts of various kinds. It can also easily be savored with fresh watermelon or figs.

Packaging

Each piece of cheese is cut to approximately 250g, then wrapped with eco-friendly, uncoated, grease-resistant parchment paper, and then a layer of kraft paper. Both of these are unbleached, and fully home-compostable.

Storage

We recommend opening the package slightly, and protecting them in a sealed container / drawer or bag in the fridge.

Located in St. Eugene, Ontario, Skotidakis is all about excellence. In their 100,000 square feet production facility, they use fresh quality milk to craft the finest cheeses and dairy products available. Founder Peter Skotidakis purchased the farm in 1975, pursuing his dream to create and distribute his own version of traditional Greek feta cheese. Although his herd was initially comprised of only 20 goats, this ambitious entrepreneur was destined for greater things.
