InGrain Pastificio (based in Deep Cove, BC) makes high-performance pasta with Canadian grains, BC water, bronze extruders, and time. By using traditional methods and allowing the product to dry out slowly, at a lower temperature, the end result are rustic noodles that are more nutritious and digestible, with a superior al dente texture and sauce retention. Carrying their products comes with on the of smallest footprints we could ask for: they use Canadian grains and their production facility is close to our East Van location. It’s a win for everyone.
