Biota Fermentation uses kombucha vinegar, which acts as a probiotic and provides lactic acid for the fermentation process. The whole mustard pops, while the smooth mustard leaves a refreshing heat.

Locally made in Vancouver.


Kombucha vinegar, Mustard seed, White wine vinegar, Water, Onion powder, Mustard powder, Vancouver Island salt, Turmeric.

So good, you’ll eat it straight up!

I bought this with plans to make charcuterie board but my boyfriend had other plans. It was so good, he ate the jar straight up with a jar of pickles on the side! 5 stars
