1) DEFROST unopened frozen jar overnight in fridge.
2) COOK/Stovetop: Empty defrosted jar contents into saucepan, add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan so that the product does not stick. Simmer and stir on medium heat for 5 – 10 minutes until heated through. Microwave: Transfer defrosted jar contents to a bowl and heat on HIGH (covered) for 5 minutes or until heated through.
3) SERVE with your choice of naan/bread, rice, or vegetables.
