Apple cider vinegar provides a solid lip-puckering tang, there’s no doubt about it! It is used commonly in salad dressings, especially for those salads using a hearty leafy greens such as spinach, arugula, Local Lacinato Kale or Organic Local Curly Green Kale. It is also used in many barbecue sauces, and health forward beverages including shrubs – a vinegar-based fruit drink that is both sweet and sour.
