Aged white cheddar from Fromagerie St-Albert has complex flavour and slight elasticity. The perfect balance of creaminess and sharpness for your cheese boards, lunch snacks, gratins, mac and cheese, grilled sandies, everything.
Packaging
Each piece of cheese is cut to ~ 250g, then wrapped with eco-friendly, uncoated, grease-resistant parchment paper, and then a layer of kraft paper. Both of these are unbleached, and fully municipal-compostable.
Storage
We recommend opening the packaging slightly and placing the cheese in an air-tight container or bag such as a Stasher Reusable Sandwich Bag and then in a refrigerator drawer.
