Ordering
Step 1
Determine if your area qualifies for delivery.
Enter your postal code to check if we deliver in your area. If we currently don’t, we will be soon! Make sure to enter your email so we can notify you when this happens.
Step 2
Browse zero waste grocery items
Add items to your cart. For items that are moisture-rich, the only container option is a jar (with a 100% refundable $2.00 deposit fee). We pack dry goods like pasta, granola and nuts in paper bags, but you can choose to have these packaged in a jar, too.

Step 3
Pick a delivery date
We do not require you to be home if there’s somewhere safe and covered to leave your items outside your door.
Step 4
Enter your delivery details and payment info
We will assume you want contactless delivery unless you leave instructions specifying otherwise. If you require us to pass off the bag to you, we will wear a mask. If you have a buzz code, make sure to enter it in the details.
Delivery
Step 1
We deliver your groceries in a reusable tote based on your instructions
For lasting freshness, items that are delivered in paper bags should be transferred into airtight containers.
Step 2
When it’s time for your next order, leave any empty jars outside or in a Livlite tote
Please leave Livlite labels on the jars. We sanitize everything that comes back to us but ask that you first give jars a quick rinse. Thanks!
Step 3
We pick up the tote/jars and credit your account for the jars you return
We re-use our jars and delivery totes after they have been cleaned and sanitized. Please allow 24 hours before your account is credited back for the deposit amounts.
