Delivery & Return Policy
We currently offer delivery to Vancouver and North Vancouver.
Orders must be received by 11:59 PM for next day delivery.
Our team will follow your delivery instructions and can leave your order at your door, in your secure lobby or pass it directly to you wearing a mask. A text message will be sent to indicate your order has arrived.
If you have opted out of having your order delivered in a returnable Livlite tote, please clearly indicate what type of clean and dry container you are leaving out for your order.
Leave any empty Livlite jars in your returnable Livlite tote outside your door and we will pick them up. Please allow 24 hours until the jar and tote credits show up in your account.
If you’re not happy, we aren’t happy.
Simply, let us know if something isn’t right and we will exchange it or refund you. Reach us at [email protected] or through our contact form.
When returning jars for credit, please ensure you keep the Livlite sticker on your jar. If a jar is returned without a sticker we are unable to credit your account.
