Make Your Own Crave-Worthy (Zero-Waste) Kale Chips

You Will Need:

1 head of kale

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp lemon pepper

1 tsp of salt

2 tbsp neutral oil, such as

grapeseed or canola

Step 1: Tear the head of kale into bitesize pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Drizzle with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle over your seasoning.  

Step 3: (…It’s time to get your hands dirty) Mix well, making sure each piece of kale is well saturated with oil and seasoning.

Step 4: Lay kale pieces out on a baking tray separating them so that they don’t overlap.

Step 5: Bake for 15-18 minutes at 300F. Keep an eye on your chips to avoid burning.

Step 6: That’s it – enjoy!! (Toss with a little extra salt if needed after baking)
